Use of the App

• You are responsible for the content you create in the App (tasks, notes, lists, and exports).
• Do not use the App for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.
• The App is provided “as is” and may be updated or changed at any time.

Premium Subscription

The App may require an active subscription to continue using it after any free period. Pocket Secretary Pro offers an auto-renewable subscription:

• Free trial: 7 days (if available in your country/storefront).
• Price: $5.99 per month after the trial.
• Auto-renewal: subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Manage/cancel: you can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID account settings.
• Restore purchases: use “Restore Purchases” inside the App if needed.

AI/Network Features (Optional)

If the App includes optional network-based features (such as AI “Execute”), you understand that your input may be processed to generate results. Availability may vary and depends on connectivity.

Intellectual Property

The App and its design, logos, and content (excluding user content) are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App without permission.

The App is a productivity tool and does not provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
